हम एक बेकरी एग्जीक्यूटिव (प्रोडक्शन असिस्टेंट) की तलाश में हैं जो रोज़ाना बेकरी प्रोडक्शन जैसे डो (आटा) बनाना, शेपिंग, बेकिंग और अंदरूनी मैटेरियल हैंडलिंग का काम संभाल सके।

यह एक प्रोसेस-आधारित काम है। ट्रेनिंग दी जाएगी, लेकिन कैंडिडेट का शारीरिक रूप से एक्टिव, अनुशासित और लगातार काम करने वाला होना जरूरी है।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

- स्टैंडर्ड रेसिपी के अनुसार सामग्री का वजन और मिक्सिंग करना
- डो हैंडलिंग, फर्मेंटेशन और बेसिक शेपिंग
- ट्रे सेट करना, ओवन में डालना और निकालना
- प्रोडक्ट के साइज़ और क्वालिटी में समानता बनाए रखना




- कच्चे माल और तैयार प्रोडक्ट का अंदर ट्रांसफर
- काम की जगह की सफाई और हाइजीन बनाए रखना

कौन अप्लाई कर सकता है

- जिनके पास अनुभव है:

- बेकरी / किचन / फैक्ट्री / फूड प्रोडक्शन

- या किसी भी लेबर-इंटेंसिव काम में

- फ्रेशर भी अप्लाई कर सकते हैं अगर सीखने और मेहनत करने की इच्छा हो

जरूरी योग्यताएँ (Important)

- रोज़ाना एक जैसे (repetitive) काम करने में आरामदायक होना
- शारीरिक रूप से फिट (20-25 किलो वजन उठाने में सक्षम)
- निर्देशों को सही तरीके से फॉलो करने की क्षमता
- सुबह जल्दी या नाइट शिफ्ट में काम करने की तैयारी
- वजन मशीन (weighing scale)



की बेसिक समझ (ट्रेनिंग दी जाएगी)

हमें क्या नहीं चाहिए

- प्रोफेशनल बेकरी शेफ होना जरूरी नहीं है
- ज्यादा पढ़ाई-लिखाई जरूरी नहीं है
- अंग्रेज़ी बोलना जरूरी नहीं है

We are looking for a Bakery Executive (Production Assistant) to handle daily bakery production including dough preparation, shaping, baking, and internal material handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Weighing and mixing ingredients as per standard recipes
- Dough handling, fermentation, and basic shaping
- Tray setup, oven loading and unloading
- Maintaining consistency in product size and quality
- Movement of raw materials and finished goods within bakery
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in work area

Who Should Apply

- Bakery / kitchen / factory / food production
- OR any labour-intensive work
- Freshers are welcome if willing to learn and work hard

Requirements (Important)

- Comfortable with repetitive work and fixed routines :

- Physically fit (able to lift 20-25 kg)

- Able to follow instructions properly

- Willing to work in early morning or night shifts :

- Basic understanding of weighing scale (training will be given)

What We Do NOT Need

- No need for professional bakery chef experience
- No need for high education
- No need for English speaking

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
