? We're Hiring: Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Executive

Company: 3wheels.ai
Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: Starting from ₹18,000/month (Negotiable based on skills and experience)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing and performance marketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Work on SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Understand and implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website performance analysis.
- Optimise website content for search engines and AI-powered search platforms.




- Monitor campaign performance, generate leads, and improve conversion rates.
- Track marketing performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and other marketing tools.
- Develop strategies to increase brand visibility, website traffic, and audience engagement.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
- Good understanding of SEO, AEO, and GEO.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, keyword research, and campaign optimisation.
- Understanding of organic and paid marketing strategies.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and a result-oriented approach.

Who Can Apply?

Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, or Growth Marketing are welcome to apply.

Candidates who have practical knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO, and paid advertising will be preferred.
