Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Indore. The position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building relationships with corporate and travel partners. The Business Development Executive will manage key accounts, negotiate proposals, and collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure guest satisfaction and revenue growth. Daily tasks include market research, outreach via calls and meetings,



tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular business development reports for management.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Current Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills.
- Experience in hospitality, sales, or corporate partnerships is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore and conduct client meetings and property visits.
- Proficiency in basic CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
