We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation & Marketing Email Specialist to identify potential clients, build prospect databases and execute targeted email campaigns to generate qualified business leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential B2B clients across relevant industries.
- Generate and maintain targeted prospect databases using LinkedIn, Apollo and other platforms.
- Identify key decision-makers and obtain accurate contact information.
- Plan and execute cold email and email marketing campaigns.
- Draft personalised marketing emails, follow-ups and lead-nurturing sequences.
- Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, response rates and conversions.




- Maintain lead trackers and share qualified leads with the Business Development team.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation and campaign performance.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation or email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar tools.
- Understanding of B2B prospecting and cold email strategies.
- Solid research, analytical and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
