Role Description The Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and performance of clinical procedures such as fillings, root canals, extractions, implants, and preventive care. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting oral examinations, interpreting dental X-rays, recommending appropriate treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety during all procedures. The role also involves maintaining accurate patient records, educating patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care,



and collaborating with the clinical team to uphold quality and infection control standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hisar, requiring regular interaction with patients and staff within the clinic workplace.

Qualifications

- Recognized dental degree (BDS or equivalent); MDS in a relevant specialty is an advantage.
- Valid dental license/registration as per applicable regulatory requirements.
- Clinical skills in diagnosis, restorative treatments, endodontics (root canal therapy), and minor oral surgery.
- Experience or training in implant dentistry, cosmetic procedures (veneers, smile corrections, whitening), and prosthodontics (crowns, bridges, fixed teeth).
- Ability to work with orthodontic cases (braces), pediatric dentistry, and laser-assisted treatments is preferred.
- Strong infection control, sterilization, and patient safety practices within a clinical setting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to explain treatment options and build patient trust.
- Attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced practice.
- Comfort with using dental software for record-keeping, scheduling, and digital X-ray systems.
- Willingness to keep updated with latest dental techniques and participate in continuing education.
