Role Description The Tele Caller Sales role at Aadya Worldwide is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi. The Tele Caller Sales skilled will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers, explain shipment and logistics services, and promote suitable solutions based on customer needs. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining call records, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with internal operations teams, resolving basic customer queries,



and providing clear information on pricing, timelines, and service options.
Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone and present services clearly.
- Sales and customer service abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of logistics or willingness to learn shipment and delivery processes to guide customers accurately.
- Proficiency in using phones, CRM tools, and basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, and documentation).
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage time effectively, and maintain organized call and sales records.
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or call center operations is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or related fields is preferred.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with sales and operations teams.
