Plan and execute daily menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks—balancing nutrition, taste, cost, and creativity :

- Work closely with the founders to create a globally inspired, budget-conscious menu :

- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times

- Ensure timely meal preparation and service for residents

- Manage kitchen inventory, sourcing, and vendor coordination :

- Train and supervise kitchen support staff :

- Work with the community team to incorporate resident feedback and host occasional themed food nights or special meals :

- Collaborate with the cloud kitchen team (e.g., for fried chicken or snacks) where applicable

- Keep the kitchen running efficiently and cost-effectively :

- Maintain weekly reports on food quality, consumption, and waste

Who You Are

- 2+ years of experience as a chef or head cook in a hostel,



cloud kitchen, cafe, or hospitality environment

- Robust understanding of nutrition, portion control, and cost-efficient cooking :

- Familiarity with global cuisines and the ability to make simple, tasty, and hygienic meals

- Organized, calm under pressure, and excellent at time management

- Values cleanliness, discipline, and teamwork

- Experience in running a cloud kitchen or multi-meal setup is a plus

- Fluent in Hindi (English is a bonus)
