Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and attend patients and visitors in a courteous manner
- Manage patient registration, appointments, and billing coordination
- Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information
- Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation (MRD)
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments
- Manage OPD scheduling and patient flow
- Handle inquiries (walk-in, phone, and online)
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of reception area
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
