The Role

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Relations & First Impressions :Warmly welcome every guest on arrival, execute smooth check-in and check-out procedures, manage room assignments and ensure each guest feels personally attended to from the moment they step in.
- Communication Hub :Serve as the central point of coordination between Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance and Management. Relay guest requests promptly, confirm room readiness and ensure all departments are aligned.
- Billing & Cash Management :Prepare accurate guest folios, process payments (cash, card, UPI), manage petty cash, reconcile daily collections and maintain error-free financial records for each shift.
- PMS & Record Keeping :Maintain the Property Management System (eZee Absolute or similar) with up-to-date guest profiles, reservation details, special requests and billing records. Generate daily reports as required by management.
- Guest Issue Resolution :Address complaints, special requests and service recovery situations with professionalism and empathy. Resolve issues independently where possible; escalate to the Operations Manager when necessary.
- Local Knowledge & Concierge Support :Provide guests with reliable information on local attractions, dining, transport, activities and events in Goa to enhance their overall stay experience.

Who Should Apply

Required

- A degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality or a related field from a recognised institute. Freshers with relevant academic qualifications are welcome to apply.




- Pleasant, professional demeanour with a genuine enthusiasm for guest interaction and service delivery.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written). Additional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts (morning, evening and night) including weekends and public holidays — this is non-negotiable in a hotel environment.
- Dependable, punctual and committed to long-term employment. We are looking for team members who see this as a career, not a short-term stop.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

- Prior experience of 6-12 months in a front office, reception or customer-facing hospitality role.
- Working knowledge of eZee Absolute PMS or similar hotel reservation software.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and correspondence.
- Experience living and working away from home — we value the independence, adaptability and strong work ethic that come with having relocated for a career in hospitality.

What We Offer

- Monthly salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
