Role & Responsibilities

- Provide accurate information and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Deliver high-quality customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
- Follow process guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards consistently

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service with an international client :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English :

- Prior experience in cosmetics or beauty industry will be an added advantage

- Versatile to work in rotational shifts and week offs
