Salary : For freshers upto 20K CTC || for experienced 24K CTC

Shifts :DAY shift

Shift timing :9:30AM to 6:30PM

Working days : 6 days a week

Job description: Key responsibilities:

1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a skilled and timely manner through chat process.

2. Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls.

3. Meeting performance targets and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

4. Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure effective problem resolution.

Requirements :

1. Graduate or Undergraduate (12th) qualification.

2. Excellent communication skills

3. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
