The Hostel Warden will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hostel. The role requires a caring, disciplined, and proactive individual capable of supporting students living away from home.

1. Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely wake-up, study hours, meals, and lights-out schedules

Maintain discipline and implement hostel rules

Establish a secure and emotionally supportive atmosphere

Monitor student attendance and movement registers

Supervise hostel staff, cleaners, and security personnel

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of hostel premises

Resolve interpersonal issues among students

Provide mentorship and basic counseling support

Coordinate with parents for updates and concerns

Conduct room inspections and maintain inventory

Supervise meal distribution and kitchen hygiene





Handle medical emergencies and doctor visits

Assist during school events and excursions

Maintain communication with school administration

1. Required Qualifications

Post Graduate 3 working in hostels or residential settings Experience with adolescent supervision preferred
