Job Summary : The Night Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring and supervising factory activities during night shift operations across 5 factory locations situated within approximately 100-300 metres distance. The role includes regular factory rounds, monitoring discipline, checking unnecessary electricity usage, coordinating with security personnel and departmental in-charges, and ensuring proper compliance with company rules and factory safety standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Visit all factory locations regularly during the night shift.
- Ensure unnecessary lights, fans, machines, or electrical equipment are switched off when not required.
- Coordinate with security guards and departmental in-charges regarding factory discipline and safety.
- Monitor whether any worker is:
- Sleeping during duty hours :
- Smoking inside factory premises :
- Carrying or consuming hard drinks/alcohol within the factory :
- Involved in unusual gathering without work purpose :
- Ensure no child labour is engaged in any factory operation.
- Report any suspicious, unusual, or unauthorized activity immediately to management.
- Maintain proper night shift monitoring records and incident reports.
- Ensure factory premises remain disciplined, protected, and properly monitored throughout the shift.
- Experience in factory supervision, security, or administration preferred.
- Freshers with responsible and disciplined attitude may also apply.
