About the Role
Our client is looking for a reliable and hands-on IT Administrator to manage their day-to-day IT operations. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with virtual machines and can ensure smooth system performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain virtual machines (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar platforms) :
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and stability
- Provide technical support to internal users and resolve issues quickly
- Install, configure, and update systems and software
- Handle basic network setup, troubleshooting, and connectivity issues
- Ensure proper data backup and system security measures
- Coordinate with external vendors for advanced technical support when required
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in IT Administration or a similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with virtual machines :
- Valuable understanding of system management and basic networking
- Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently
- Clear communication and coordination skills
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Basic knowledge of firewalls and IT security practices
- Experience managing office IT infrastructure
