Profile Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management and Communication

- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships across all company service verticals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and skilled manner.
- Conduct regular check-ins and review meetings with clients to assess satisfaction and project progress.
- Liaise between clients and internal teams (development, marketing, CA professionals) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Sales and Business Development Support

- Identify opportunities within the existing client base to cross-sell and upsell services (e.g., selling digital marketing services to a CA firm client, or web development services to a marketing client).
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Track and report on client satisfaction metrics and relationship health.

Service Coordination

- Ensure client requirements and expectations are clearly communicated and documented for the relevant internal teams.




- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations.
- Help resolve any service-related conflicts or issues swiftly and effectively, escalating when necessary to the concerned person.

QualificationsRequired

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience (minimum 2 years) as a Customer Relationship Executive, Key Account Manager, or similar role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Freshers with exceptional verbal and written skills and knowledge of Finance may also apply.

Preferred

- Prior experience in the IT, Digital Marketing, or Financial Services/CA industry.
- Familiarity with the Web/App Development lifecycle and Digital Marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, Social Media).
- Knowledge of basic financial and accounting terminology.
