Key Responsibilities :

- Assist customers with personalized styling suggestions, fit guidance, and garment care tips.
- Resolve inquiries related to returns, refunds, item exchanges, or damaged shipments efficiently and empathetically.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and e-commerce teams to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery updates.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve overall product quality and shopping experience.

Requirements & Qualifications :

- Education : Higher Secondary (10+2) or Any Graduate degree.
- Experience : Freshers welcome; 0-2 years in customer service, e-commerce support, or retail fashion is a plus.
- Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication in English and regional languages, strong problem-solving skills, and basic computer literacy.
- Attributes : Fashion-aware, patient, empathetic, and passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
