- Manage DMs, comments, and daily social media responses
- Assist customers with orders, exchanges, and product queries
- Maintain a smooth and polite customer experience
- Coordinate with operations team for order updates
- Requirements:_
- Positive communication skills (English + Hindi)
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Ability to handle multiple chats efficiently
- Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools) is a plus
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
