Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound/inbound international calls professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Follow company guidelines, quality standards, and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with global customers.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.

What We Are Looking For

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Confident and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work in international shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM understanding.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.




- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in international calling or customer support (preferred but not mandatory).
