The role involves interacting with customers in the UK energy market through outbound calls, generating quality leads for electricity and gas contract renewals, and maintaining qualified communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers in the UK energy market.
- Generate qualified leads for electricity and gas contract renewals.
- Explain products and services clearly to prospective customers.
- Verify customer information and update CRM records accurately.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.




- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Follow company guidelines and compliance procedures during calls.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: Graduate.
- Good English communication skills (spoken).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior experience in an international voice process or lead generation is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
