Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive / Operations Caller whose primary responsibility will be managing incoming and outgoing customer queries. This is a 100% pure customer service and relationship management role. There is absolutely no sales involvement, cold calling, or monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Query Management : Answer inbound calls and messages from customers regarding solar installation timelines, billing, maintenance, and technical assistance.
- Outbound Updates : Make proactive follow-up calls to existing customers to share project status updates or gather feedback on our services.




- Issue Resolution : Act as the first point of contact to resolve customer grievances smoothly, coordinating with internal technical teams when necessary.
- Data Logging : Accurately maintain and update customer interaction logs in our CRM database.
- Brand Ambassadorship : Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic tone to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

- Education : Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) passed; Graduates in any stream preferred.

- Experience : 0 to 2 years of experience in a call center, customer service. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply!

- Skills : Strong active listening, basic computer knowledge (Excel), and a problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹12,502.96 - ₹20,000.00 per month
