Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Promote company products/services through outbound and inbound calls.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
- Inform customers about product updates and ongoing promotions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate
- Proven experience in tele-sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
- Target-oriented with strong negotiation abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software)
- Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
