Hours: UK Shift Employment Type: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
About the role : What makes you a great fit :
- Experience within a Customer Services setting
- Experience dealing with difficult customers
- Experience of working within the telecoms industry (not essential)
Key responsibilities :
- Monitor and report on business impacting issues relating to key accounts
- Liaising with internal and external auditors and dealing with irregularities as they arise
- Work on several tasks at once and prioritise own workload as operationally required
- Training new and existing colleagues
