We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Ticketing Executive to join our growing team.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international flight bookings
- Issue, reissue, and cancel air tickets efficiently
- Manage fare calculations and provide best routing options
- Handle refunds and revalidation processes
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for confirmations
- Assist customers with itinerary changes and travel updates
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with airline policies
- Maintain records of bookings and transactions

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Minimum [1-3] years of experience in airline ticketing
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred)
- Strong knowledge of international and domestic fare rules
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

- IATA certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in a travel agency environment
- Knowledge of visa procedures (added advantage)
