Sky Technologies is a Hyderabad-based computer retailer dealing in refurbished and pre-owned laptops, desktops, monitors, accessories, upgrades and repair services. We serve walk-in customers, online enquiries, professionals, students, businesses and computer resellers.

Role Overview

We are hiring an energetic Sales Executive who can handle customer calls, WhatsApp enquiries and walk-in sales while supporting the daily operation and upkeep of the showroom.

This is not only a telecalling job. The employee must actively support showroom sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend incoming calls and contact assigned customer leads.
- Respond promptly to WhatsApp enquiries and share suitable laptop options, prices, pictures and store location.
- Handle approximately 5-10 active customer interactions daily across calls, WhatsApp and showroom visits.
- Understand the customer’s budget, intended use and required configuration.
- Recommend suitable laptops, desktops, accessories, upgrades or repair services.
- Demonstrate products and explain specifications, condition, pricing and warranty terms clearly.
- Follow up with interested customers until they purchase or provide a clear reason for not proceeding.
- Update every enquiry in the company CRM with the correct status, next follow-up date and outcome.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate billing, product testing, packing, pickup or delivery.
- Cross-sell RAM, SSD upgrades, laptop bags, keyboards, mice and other accessories.
- Keep display products, counters, price labels and the customer-facing showroom area organised.
- Verify product availability with the inventory team before promising anything to a customer.
- Request genuine customer reviews and referrals after successful sales.




- Submit a simple daily report covering calls, enquiries, follow-ups, store visits and completed sales.
- Good communication skills in Telugu and Hindi ; basic English is required.
- Comfortable with telecalling, WhatsApp communication and face-to-face selling.
- Basic understanding of laptops and computers is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales, electronics, mobiles, computers or telecalling is an advantage.
- Ability to learn laptop specifications and explain them in simple language.
- Disciplined with follow-ups and CRM updates.
- Honest when explaining product condition, availability and warranty.
- Comfortable working from the showroom and supporting everyday store operations.

Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in technology may also apply.

- Speed of response to new enquiries

- Showroom visits or video calls scheduled
- Enquiry-to-sale conversion
- Monthly sales and gross-profit targets
- Accessories and upgrades sold
- Accuracy of CRM updates
- Customer feedback and reviews
