The Ads Media is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping businesses achieve measurable growth through SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Performance Marketing. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings (online/offline).
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with prospects.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM regularly.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements :

- 1-2 years of experience as a Business Development Manager,



Business Development Executive, or Sales Executive in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Performance Marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident in handling client calls and closing deals.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
