- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and regional sales targets
- Develop and implement area-wise sales strategies to maximize growth
- Explain platform benefits, AI-powered tools, and career services
- Ensure a smooth onboarding and customer experience
Area & Team Management
- Manage sales activities within the assigned territory or region
- Lead, guide, and support sales executives and onboarding teams
- Monitor regional performance and improve sales productivity
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and digital outreach
- Identify new business opportunities and regional growth strategies
- Support employer onboarding and marketplace growth initiatives
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain long-term professional relationships
- Maintain accurate sales and onboarding records
Key Requirements
- 3-8+ years of experience in Sales,
Subscription Sales, Business Development, EdTech, HRTech, SaaS, or Recruitment Industry
- Robust leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
- Experience in regional sales management preferred
