- Generate Leads : Prospect and source high-quality leads independently.
- Arrange Demos : Schedule and conduct personal, one-on-one home product demonstrations.
- Close Deals : Convert home demo presentations into immediate sales revenue.

Partner Recruitment & Micro-Segment Targeting

- Identify Potential : Recruit Associate Partners from three specific micro-segments:

- Senior Citizens : Pitching the opportunity as a reliable source of retirement income.

- Housewives : Presenting the role as a flexible way to earn extra household income.

- Working Professionals : Target field executives looking for part time evening/weekend work.

- Network Building : Onboard partners to expand our brand footprint in local communities.

Team Management & Motivation

- Activate Partners : Train partners to generate high-converting home demo leads for you.
- Motivate Teams : Implement incentives to keep your partner network active and engaged.
- Drive Performance : Monitor, manage, and scale the monthly sales output of your associates.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
