- Identify and generate current leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and track competitor activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of deals
- Prepare and deliver sales reports to management
