Responsibilities

- Track submissions, interviews, and placements using internal systems or ATS.

Requirements :

- 1+ year of experience in US IT recruiting, OPT recruiting, or bench sales .
- Knowledge of OPT, CPT, and basic H1B visa processes .
- Experience using LinkedIn, Dice, indeed, Monster, or other job portals .
- Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing workplace.

Preferred Skills

- Experience marketing consultants to direct clients and implementation partners .
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as QA, Java, Data Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud .
