What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Generate sales by visiting dealers, fabricators, contractors, engineers, and builders.
- Assist in onboarding new dealers and supporting existing dealer points.
- Identify ongoing and upcoming construction projects and convert them into sales.
- Promote Besguard products through regular field visits and product demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall market growth.
- Coordinate with the sales team to execute local sales plans.
- Ensure proper product visibility and brand presence in the market.
- Earn attractive incentives for achieving sales above ₹10 lakhs.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in field sales within the building materials or construction products industry.
- Experience in selling Rainwater Gutters / Pipes & Fittings / Roofing Sheets is preferred.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle fieldwork and build strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
