Job Title : Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients (Corporates, real estate, hospitality sector, Manufacturing Units, etc.).

1. Cold Calling & Prospecting

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services.
- Fix meetings with decision-makers for product presentations.
- Follow up regularly to convert prospects into clients.

- Business Development & Revenue Generation

- Understand client requirements and provide suitable signage solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams for order execution.
- Ensure timely payment collection from clients.

- Client Relationship Management





- Build long-term relationships with recent and existing customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
- Maintain updated client database and sales reports.

- Market Intelligence

- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Identify new industries and segments for expansion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1-3+ years of experience in sales (preferably in signage, advertising, printing, branding, or related industry).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with target-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and in field sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Types : Full-time, Internship Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
