Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and assigned leads for software, website, and mobile app solutions

- Make outbound calls to interested prospects (no cold calls)

- Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant software/app solutions :

- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to business owners

- Follow up with leads to close sales and achieve monthly targets :

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions

- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding of customers

- Build long-term relationships with clients to improve repeat business and referrals

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling sales / telesales / inside sales

- Experience selling software, websites, mobile apps, IT services, or digital products is preferred

- Solid communication skills in Hindi and English :

- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment :

- Basic knowledge of CRM systems or lead management tools is an advantage

- Must be willing to work from office in Ranchi

- (Freshers are not eligible for this role.)_
