About the Role

Location : Kurla, Mumbai

Department : IT Infrastructure

Employment Type : Full-Time

Experience : 6+ Years

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Shift : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (General Shift)

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers.

Administer and support Windows Server and Linux operating systems (RHEL, SUSE, Ubuntu, and CentOS).

Manage Active Directory (AD), Identity & Access Management (IAM), user accounts, and access permissions.

Monitor server performance, resource utilization, and system health to ensure maximum uptime.

Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting and other automation tools.

Perform regular health checks, log monitoring, and preventive maintenance.

Manage enterprise backup solutions, scheduled jobs, and disaster recovery processes.

Conduct vulnerability assessments and ensure compliance with organizational security standards.

Maintain accurate system documentation, configuration records, and operational procedures.





Support hybrid infrastructure environments across on-premises and cloud platforms.

Coordinate with vendors and technology partners for infrastructure support and issue resolution.

Preferred Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, BCA, MCA, or a related field.

Microsoft Windows Server, VMware, Red Hat (RHCSA/RHCE), or other relevant infrastructure certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience managing enterprise server infrastructure in large IT environments.
