Front desk/admission counsellor (HAPUR BRANCH)

Position Overview The Front Desk / Admission Counsellor will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors and will play a key role in managing admissions. The role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to guide parents effectively through the school’s admission process.

Key Responsibilities Welcome parents, visitors, and guests with warmth and professionalism Counsel parents about the school’s curriculum, facilities, policies, and fee structure Coordinate and manage the end-to-end admission process Maintain accurate admission records, enquiry logs, and student data Schedule appointments, school tours, and meetings Manage front desk operations, calls, and correspondence Assist in follow-ups with prospective parents to convert enquiries into admissions Support school events, orientations, and admission drives Coordinate with academic and administrative teams as required





Qualifications & Experience Graduate in any discipline (MBA / Diploma in Counselling or Administration preferred) Minimum 2-4 years of experience in school admissions / front office / customer handling Experience in an educational institution will be an added advantage

Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Polite, confident, and presentable personality Strong convincing and counselling abilities Proficiency in MS Office / school ERP systems Good organizational and multitasking skills Ability to handle parents with empathy and professionalism
