IT Manager A high-growth, VC-backed SaaS company hiring its founding India team, putting internal IT in place before its engineering headcount triples

Location: Remote (India)

The company is opening its first India office and has partnered with Flexiple to find an IT Manager who can build internal IT from a blank slate for a distributed engineering org. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

As IT Manager, you will design and run internal IT for the India office — laptops, SaaS tooling, network, and security — working directly with the founding team.

IT Operations & Infrastructure

Own the day-to-day performance of servers, networks, endpoints, and cloud workloads

Manage the IT budget, licensing renewals, and hardware refresh cycles

Lead and mentor a team of support, network, and systems engineers

Negotiate and manage contracts with ISPs,



cloud providers, and hardware vendors

6 to 10 years in IT operations or infrastructure, including 2+ years leading a team

- Hands-on grounding in networks, Windows/Linux server administration, and at least one major cloud platform
- Comfortable owning a budget and justifying spend to non-technical stakeholders
- Transparent written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent process exposure

Experience with an ITSM tool (ServiceNow, Freshservice, or similar) and endpoint management platforms

Remote-friendly, pan-India hiring with long-term placement
