Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the staffing and recruiting market

Assist in generating leads through cold calling, emails, and networking

Support the development of client proposals and presentations





Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

Collaborate with recruitment teams to understand client requirements and match suitable talent

Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for business growth

Meet individual and team targets for business development and client engagement

Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape

Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory

Entry-level experience or internship in sales, business development, or recruitment is a plus

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues

Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach

Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship principles

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
