Job Description

We are hiring International Voice Process professionals with excellent English communication, customer-handling, troubleshooting and consultative sales skills. The role involves supporting global customers for SaaS and technology products through voice and chat channels, resolving technical and account-related queries, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling, upselling and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle international customer interactions through voice and chat, ensuring excellent customer experience and first-call resolution.

2. Troubleshoot subscription, billing, login, password, installation, activation and device-related issues.

3. Identify customer needs and recommend relevant upgrades, add-ons and complementary products through cross-selling and upselling.

4.



Diagnose complex issues using analytical and problem-solving skills; maintain accurate CRM documentation and case follow-ups.

5. Meet customer satisfaction, quality, sales conversion and operational KPIs while following process guidelines.

Mandatory Requirements

- Graduate candidates only.

- Previous International Voice Process experience.

- Excellent English communication (CEFR B2 minimum; C1 preferred).

- Experience in customer handling, troubleshooting and issue resolution.

- Cross-selling and upselling experience required.

- Immediate joiners only.

- Must be willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.

- Hyderabad work location.

- Salary expectation within ₹7 LPA.

Positive to Have

- SaaS or technical support experience.

- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.

- Software installation, activation and troubleshooting experience.

- Experience with subscriptions, licenses, refunds and account management.
