A rapid-growing, US-headquartered product company is scaling its India hub and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a procurement leader who thinks strategically. You will move buying from reactive to planned, and build supplier relationships that give the business an edge. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
As a Strategic Procurement Manager, you will own category strategy and long-term sourcing - analysing spend, building should-cost views, and structuring supplier agreements that hold up over time. The emphasis is on planning and total cost, not just transactions.
Build category strategies grounded in spend analysis and market insight
Track savings, risk, and value delivered against the strategy
A planning mindset and confident negotiation ability

Experience in a product, tech, or high-growth company
A degree in supply chain or business, or an MBA
A strategic procurement seat with a global product company's India team
