We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about finding great talent and building high-performing teams.
You will play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment, partnering with business stakeholders, identifying exceptional talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Drive end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical functions, from requirement understanding to offer rollout and successful onboarding.
Build effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, job portals, and other creative channels.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and evaluate profiles based on relevant experience, technical competencies, and role suitability.




Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and continuous candidate engagement.
Drive offer management, compensation discussions, negotiation, and candidate engagement to improve offer-to-joining ratios.
Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and key recruitment metrics to ensure effective reporting and pipeline management.
Successfully managing and closing assigned recruitment mandates within defined timelines.
Building a consistent pipeline of quality candidates across multiple functions.
Delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

- Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Exposure to hiring across technical and non-technical roles.
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle, candidate assessment, and offer management.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
Experience working in a SaaS, IT, or product-based organization.
Experience in talent mapping, niche hiring, and proactive headhunting.
Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment dashboards, and hiring analytics.
