Job Overview

We are looking for German Language Specialists to support procurement operations for an international client. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling German-language procurement requests, supporting Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing.

The role requires good German language proficiency, basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain operations, and the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment while meeting quality standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

- Provide German language support for procurement and supply chain operations.

- Receive, review, and validate Purchase Requisition (PR) and Service Catalogue (SC) requests.

- Support Purchase Order (PO) creation and related procurement activities.

- Read, understand, and interpret German-language business documents and operational requests.

- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and third-party stakeholders to resolve queries.

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement requests in accordance with defined SLAs.

- Track pending requests, follow up on open items, and escalate issues as per the escalation matrix.

- Perform quality checks and peer reviews to minimize processing errors.





- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets.

- Follow standard operating procedures, client guidelines, and compliance requirements.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to operational efficiency.

- Participate in client calls, team meetings, and business communications as required.

- Maintain effective communication and professional relationships with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Valuable German language proficiency, with the ability to read, understand, and communicate business-related information.

- Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain operations.

- Knowledge of Purchase Requisition (PR), Service Catalogue (SC), and Purchase Order (PO) processes.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.

- Understanding of SLA, quality, productivity, and process compliance requirements.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.

- Ability to work in rotational/night shifts.

Eligibility Criteria

- 1–4 years of relevant experience in German language support, procurement operations, or shared services.

- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).

- Candidates must be flexible to work in the specified shifts.

- Former TCS employees are not eligible to apply.

- PAN and Date of Birth (DOB) are mandatory for profile creation.
