Security Supervisor Job Resource Point is hiring an experienced Security Supervisor for a position in Mejia, Bankura, West Bengal. Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant security or supervisory experience and an H.S. qualification or above are encouraged to apply.
Salary: ₹16,878 per month (PF and ESI)
Duty hours: 12 hours, with one day off

Responsibilities
Supervise security guards and manage daily security operations.
Maintain discipline and ensure security procedures are followed at the site.
Monitor the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
Conduct regular security rounds and inspections.
Prepare and maintain daily security reports.
Handle security-related incidents and promptly report them to management.




Ensure proper deployment and attendance of security personnel.
Coordinate with site management during emergencies.
Requirements

- H.S. qualification or above.
- 2–3 years of experience in security supervision or a similar role.
- Valuable communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage security staff and work in shifts.
- Responsible and disciplined attitude.
