Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
- Introduce banking and financial products clearly and explain their features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle questions and objections professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Follow up with interested prospects, maintain customer relationships, and support conversions.
- Work toward assigned sales targets and conversion goals.




- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

Requirements

- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Strong verbal communication, convincing ability, and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude, customer-focused approach, and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to work with sales targets.

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Sector 2, Noida, near Sector 15 Metro Station. The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary of ₹20,000 to ₹21,000 along with unlimited performance-based incentives, professional training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow in the financial services industry.
