Bharat Financial Inclusion limited is hiring Customer Retention Officers for opportunities across the Pune region. The role is suited to both freshers and candidates with prior experience who are interested in customer engagement and field-based financial services operations.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular communication and service support.
- Follow up with customers, understand their concerns, and support timely resolution of retention-related issues.
- Carry out assigned field visits across the Pune region using a bike or scooty.
- Maintain accurate customer and visit records and coordinate with internal teams.
- Represent the organisation professionally while following operational and customer service guidelines.

Requirements





- Applicants aged 18 to 32 years may apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Minimum qualification: 10th, 12th, or graduation.
- Two-wheeler ownership or access to a bike or scooty is required.
- Educational certificates, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and Driving Licence are required documents.
- Strong communication, customer-handling ability, and willingness to work in the field are preferred.
