About the Role : We're looking for a Golang Developer to build and maintain reliable backend services across cloud and edge environments. The role involves working on distributed services, networking, concurrency, real-time communication, and device connectivity, with a focus on strong engineering fundamentals, problem-solving, understanding complex systems, and building reliable backend solutions.What You'll Do : - Design and develop production services in Go.- Build APIs and services that communicate across cloud and edge environments.- Work with long-lived connections, concurrency, and real-time communication.- Handle unreliable networks, connection failures, retries, and reconnections.- Improve service reliability, performance, and resource utilisation.- Debug production issues using logs, metrics, and profiling.- Contribute to system design and architectural discussions.- Write maintainable, well-tested, and idiomatic Go.- Participate in code reviews and improve engineering practices.What We're Looking For : - 2+ years of skilled software engineering experience.- Production experience with Go, or strong backend experience with the ability to quickly become productive in Go.- Good understanding of Go concurrency - goroutines, channels, mutexes, and context.- Good networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, TCP vs. UDP, DNS, TLS, timeouts, retries, and connection management, along with a basic understanding of NAT, latency,
