Job Description:- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design across web and mobile platforms.- Define and execute design vision, strategy, and standards.- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a strong design culture.- Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to align on user experience goals.- Build, maintain, and scale design systems and component libraries.- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.- Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups.- Develop user journeys, personas, and interaction flows.- Conduct user research, usability testing,



and gather feedback to improve designs.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.- Present and defend your design decisions.- All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.).- Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.- Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry's standards.Requirements:- Proven 8+ years of experience UI/UX design with leadership experience.- Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic design thinking and high-quality execution.- Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability.- Robust communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.- Strong problem-solving skills.
