Job Overview:

We are looking for detail-oriented Payroll Operations Analysts with experience in US Payroll and Garnishment administration. Candidates must have practical knowledge of processing legal orders, employee deductions, child support payments, tax levies, and payroll adjustments.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with US legal authorities and government agencies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage and process US payroll garnishment requests and legal orders.

- Review child support orders, tax levies, and wage garnishment documents.

- Perform tax entries and update special payments and payroll deductions.

- Verify employee earnings and ensure accurate garnishment calculations and processing.

- Coordinate with US attorneys, courts, and government agencies for legal order-related queries.

- Receive,



upload, validate, and process garnishment documentation from multiple sources.

- Ensure timely completion of payroll transactions and maintain process accuracy.

- Support employee data management, payroll audits, and reporting activities.

Candidate Requirements:

- 3–8 years of relevant HR Operations or Payroll experience.

- Mandatory Garnishment experience with US Payroll knowledge.

- Experience in payroll processing, tax administration, or compensation and advantages is an advantage.

- Knowledge of payroll ERP systems and MS Office tools.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Basic understanding of Six Sigma concepts.

- Commerce graduate, preferably B.Com.
