Job Responsibilities

Generate life insurance business through the assigned IndusInd Bank branch.

Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers.

Identify potential customers and generate insurance leads.

Explain life insurance products and recommend suitable plans based on customer needs.

Coordinate with bank employees to achieve sales targets.

Follow up on leads and convert them into business.

Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance.

Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Banking or insurance experience required.

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer relationship management and sales skills.

Ability to achieve business targets.

Age should be 30 years or below.
