Procurement Team Lead
In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of the purchasing and logistics-related activities in the Procurement function to support the businesses. This role is contributing to the Process Automation business for BA Function Operation Centers and Quality division based in Bangalore, India
Manage the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Goods Receipt (GR), Invoice Processing, and Payment follow-up.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement transactions in compliance with company policies and controls.
Monitor and improve purchasing compliance, invoice accuracy, and payment performance.
Analyze procurement and payment data to identify process improvement opportunities.
Track and resolve blocked invoices, payment delays, and purchase order discrepancies.
Support audits and maintain documentation in compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.




Generate reports, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor P2P performance.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Procurement Operations, Shared Services, or Supply Chain Management.
Strong knowledge of strategic souring activates, procurement processes, invoice management, accounts payable, and supplier management.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba/ (S/4HANA) .
Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or shared services workplace.
