Role Overview
You will:
Develop modern cross-platform UI using Compose Multiplatform (CMP)
Build scalable mobile applications using Kotlin Multiplatform
Work on real-time workflows, location-based features, and scalable mobile architecture
Collaborate closely with backend, product, and design teams

Build scalable cross-platform mobile applications
Develop reusable shared modules using Kotlin Multiplatform
Implement modern UI using Compose Multiplatform
Integrate APIs and real-time workflows
Work on location tracking and notification systems
Maintain app performance, reliability, and scalability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feature delivery
SDE-1 Expectations (1–3 Years Experience)
Valuable understanding of Kotlin and Android fundamentals
Basic understanding of Compose & MVVM
Ability to build production-ready features with guidance
Understanding of REST APIs and state management
Willingness to learn CMP ecosystem
SDE-2 Expectations (3–6 Years Experience)
Strong hands-on experience with scalable mobile architectures
Ability to independently own features/modules
Experience handling complex state management
Understanding of performance optimization and modularization
Experience integrating real-time and location-based workflows
Mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical decisions
Good to Have:
Experience with Compose Multiplatform production apps
Experience with Firebase or similar services
CI/CD knowledge
Experience with maps and tracking workflows
Understanding of scalable mobile system design
