About the Role

We are seeking vloggers and 360° video recorders to capture immersive, high-quality footage using compatible 360° or wide-angle camera equipment, such as Insta360, DJI Osmo, or GoPro MAX.

You will contribute to a project focused on training next-generation AI systems by recording real-world activities from a consistent third-person perspective. Footage should capture continuous movement, changing scenery, and natural navigation through different environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Record a diverse range of continuous video clips, each at least 60 seconds long, across indoor, outdoor, and in-vehicle environments.

- Use compatible 360° or wide-angle cameras with a minimum 170° field of view and 720p resolution, following project recording standards.

- Set up appropriate backpack, harness, or vehicle mounts to maintain a stable third-person perspective that captures your full body and surrounding environment.

- Follow instructions for camera placement, activity selection, recording quality, and safety.

- Organize, document,



and submit video files according to project specifications and technical requirements.

- Communicate clearly about progress, questions, and technical challenges.

- Adapt to updates in recording tasks, environments, and technical requirements as project needs evolve.

Camera and Equipment Requirements

Compatible camera examples include:

- Insta360 cameras — any model

- DJI Osmo 360

- GoPro MAX or MAX2

- Other action or 360° cameras that meet the minimum 170° field-of-view and 720p requirements or support reframing

Compatible third-person mounting solutions may include the Insta360 Third-Person Backpack Mount and other harness-mounted extension systems. Owning a compatible backpack or vehicle mount is an advantage and may allow you to begin recording sooner.

Third-Person Camera Setup

The camera must be:

- Mounted above and behind you.

- Angled slightly downward.

- Positioned far enough back to keep your entire body consistently visible.

- Stable enough to maintain the required perspective during normal movement.

For cameras with less than 360° field of view, the setup must position the camera far enough away to capture your full body and the surrounding environment.



Your body should remain in frame throughout normal movement without frequently moving out of view.

Handheld selfie sticks, chest mounts, shoulder clips, and stationary tripods do not meet the required third-person perspective.

Expected Recording Tasks

Tasks may include:

- Natural everyday activities.

- Indoor and outdoor activities.

- Walking and moving through different environments.

- Vehicle navigation and driving-related recordings.

- Other real-world activities specified in the collection instructions.

For vehicle navigation tasks, the camera must be securely mounted to the vehicle.

Recording Requirements

- Capture a variety of activities and environments.

- Record continuous clips of at least 60 seconds each.

- Record at a minimum resolution of 720p.

- Follow the required camera position for each assigned task.

- Keep the relevant activity and surrounding environment consistently visible.

- Follow all recording and safety instructions provided.
